The plans for Rockwall High include a 71,890 square foot addition and approximately 68,000 square feet of renovations.  Because of growth and state educational requirements, the building will be organized into departments.  The additions include academic, fine arts and athletics.  Other athletic areas, including locker rooms, will undergo renovation.
